  • TAKE THE BRAND FROM A REGIONAL (CEE) TO AN INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE, GCC) AND IN TURN A GLOBAL PLAYER MOSTLY BY FRANCHISING WITH EXPERIENCED MULTI-OPERATORS 

  • ENTER HIGH-SPENDING WESTERN AND NORTHERN EUROPEAN AS WELL AS GCC MARKETS WITH FRANCHISE STORES WITH MULTI-UNIT DEALS THAT ALLOW FOR FAST AND OPPORTUNISTIC GROWTH 

  • GROW IN WELL-ESTABLISHED CHANNELS SUCH AS MALLS, TRAVEL HUBS AND SHOP-IN-SHOP, BUT ALSO EXTEND INTO NEW TYPES SUCH AS UNIVERSITIES, HOSPITALS, AMUSEMENT PARKS ETC. 

  • INTERNATIONAL REPLICABILITY (HUNGARY, SLOVAKIA) AND INTEGRATION WITH MULTINATIONAL CORPORATION (SHELL) PROVEN, EXPANSION TEAM IN PLACE

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • DIRECT FRANCHISE PARTNERS TO ENTER MARKET UNDER THE TERMS OF A MULTI-UNIT (PREFERABLY 20+ STORES) DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT

  • POSITIVE AND CORDIAL PARTNERSHIP AT EYE LEVEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR VALUES AND CORPORATE DNA: LIVE WHAT YOU LOVE, 100% FRESHNESS, TRANSPARENCY 

  • MUST-HAVES: OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT TEAM IN PLACE, PREFERENTIAL ACCESS TO LOCATIONS IN KEY CHANNELS, NO COMPETING BRAND IN THE PORTFOLIO 

  • ADDITIONAL ASSETS: PRE-EXISTING STORE PORTFOLIO THAT CAN BE CONVERTED, ADAPTED (SHOP-IN-SHOP) OR COMPLEMENTED (IDLE SMALL SURFACES),

  • LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP FOCUS
